Postage and Packaging Rates for Purchases 

Special Delivery Next Day £8.50/Free Next Day Delivery for Orders £100 and Over 

Orders received before 4pm, Monday to Thursday, will be received by 1pm the next day. Orders received after 4pm on Thursday, all day Friday, and before 11am on Saturday, will be received by 1pm on Monday. Orders received after 11am on Saturday and all day Sunday will be received by 1pm on Tuesday. 

The postal service we use is Royal Mail Special Delivery therefore, the parcel will have to be signed for. 

Please note that orders made, or deliveries due, on Bank Holidays will be despatched/delivered the next working day. 

If your order is not available we will contact you, as soon as possible, within working hours (Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm, closed Bank Holidays and Sundays). 

Standard Delivery by Courier in the UK £4.00

Orders received before 4pm, Monday to Saturday, will be posted out the same day. Orders received on Sunday will be posted out on Monday. 

The postal service we use is Hermes. The parcel should be delivered within three working days of posting. 

Please note that orders made, or deliveries due, on Bank Holidays will be despatched/delivered the next working day.

Airmail Delivery by Royal Mail in Europe £20.00

Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday, and before 11am on Saturday, will be posted out the same day. Orders received after 11am on Saturday, and all day Sunday, will be posted out on Monday. 

The postal service we use is Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. The parcel should be delivered within three to five working days of posting, and will have to be signed for.

We ask for 14 days, from the date of receipt, to carry out all repairs and post them back to you. Once your repair is complete, we will post it back to you for next working day delivery before 1pm (please note that repairs posted out on Friday and Saturday will be delivered by 1pm on Monday). We will e-mail you with details of the tracking number in order that you can track its journey.

The postal service we use is Royal Mail Special Delivery therefore, the parcel will have to be signed for.

In the unfortunate event of your repair being lost or damaged in the post, the maximum compensation is £500.

Customer Service 

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from the Ilkley Shoe Company however, we understand that the product may not be to your satisfaction, once you have seen it in the flesh!

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase*, within 28 days of the order date, provided that it is received by us in exactly the same condition as when it was despatched.

The cost of postage and packaging will be deducted from any refund.

*Please note that we will be unable to refund or exchange purchases that have been engraved by us to your specification.
